These terms and conditions apply to transactions between Suomikortit.fi and the Customer, when the Customer orders deliveries of traditional postcards through the Suomikortit.fi online service or card collections from the online shop.
Delivery time in both types of orders is 3 to 5 business days within Finland.
Card collections sold in the online shop that weigh less than 0.5 kg are sent as letters, unless the size of the order exceeds the maximum size of a letter. Orders larger than this are sent as parcels. These letters are delivered within Finland as 1st class letters and parcels are delivered within Finland as post parcels.
Methods of payment
Products and their postage are paid in conjunction with the order. The following methods of payment are available for the users of the webstore: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Sampo, Tapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Paikallisosuuspankit, Säästöpankit, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken and credit cards. Online payments are made by using the website of Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy. Payments can be made
also beforehand by bank credit transfer.
1. Payments by Visa, Visa Electron, or MasterCard
If you would like to pay by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Demo Yritys will act solely as the marketer of the respective products and services and will provide the products to the buyer. All complaints and claims for compensation will be handled by Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy.
With regard to payments made by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy acts as the merchant of the product and the trade transaction takes place between the customer and Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy. The seller is liable to meet all the responsibilities related to the trade. Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy is also the recipient of the payment.

2. Online banks
Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy (FI21228397) provides the financial and payment service for online payment in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy buys the payment and disburses it to the seller. For the customer the service functions like a conventional online payment.
3. APE Wallet
APE Wallet allows you to pay for your purchases quickly and easily on the Internet. APE Wallet is safe, because you only use your credit card or online banking credentials when loading money to the APE Wallet.
Delivery charges
The delivery charges of traditional postcards are included in the unit price indicated in the Suomikortit.fi service.
The delivery charge for online shop card collections is 2 euro/36 cards.

Order cancellation rights and returning card collections
The consumer has the right to review the goods for 30 days from receiving the delivery of the order.
If a product is returned, it must be in the same condition it was delivered in.
During the cancellation period or if the product is defective, products can be returned within Finland as a customer return delivery, which is free of charge to the Customer. Since the item to be returned is a letter weighing less than 0.5 kg, you may simply drop it in a letterbox marked as "CUSTOMER RETURN" or "RETURNED ITEM". Also write the name and address of the recipient on the letter. If you want to have a receipt of your return delivery, take the letter to the post office
Reclamations
The Customer should inspect the delivered goods immediately after receiving them. Suomikortit.fi must be notified of any errors without delay. However, under the Consumer Protection Act, consumers are entitled to report a defect within two months of detecting it.
If there are errors regarding the order or the invoice, you should notify us at info@suomikortit.fi.
Online shop customer register
The names and contact details of customers of the online shop are recorded in the customer register of Suomikortit.fi. The details recorded in the Suomikortit.fi register are used as described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property rights
Suomikortit.fi or its partners have intellectual property rights over the products sold with the exception of cases where the Customer adds his/her own material to the cards. The Customer assures that he/she has the appropriate rights to the images or other material he/she uses.
Validity
These terms are valid until further notice. Suomikortit.fi reserves the right to change these terms. Any change will be posted publicly on the Suomikortit.fi website.
Applicable law and disputes
This agreement is governed by Finnish law. Any disputes arising from it will be settled in the Hämeenlinna district court. Consumers also have the right to pursue legal action in the lower court of justice in their home town or to bring the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board.
